Last 8 hours or so of 2008... and I'm on my bed typing this post...

was at Sally's yesterday night celebrating her birthday, and Chun's, 

and only just got home about 10am today >___<

I'm still dead tired, 

I still wanna go back under my duvet,

So why am I writing this post now?

Cause Von has to work on New Year's Eve night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And Von doesn't even know if she's getting paid double for this!!!! >___<

I have to leave for work in half an hour time... 

and won't be back till next year...

For year 2008, I've brought some scars over for 2009... 

quite badly burnt my finger while cooking Christmas dinner,

now it looks like sliced hotdog =___=

But I'm ending 2008, 

feeling contented,

and

feeling loved.

I've done some shopping before and after Christmas,

and these are my proud items...

Got this Paul Smith shirt from Selfridges 

when they had the crazy discount vouchers all over the place before Xmas, 

so couldn't resist buying this clever one for B!

Went to Vivienne Westwood on 27th, 

there was nothing much really this year... 

nothing that gives me that rush...

But my brother really wanted a new VW wallet,

so picked this one in the end, it's already the best out of the bunch ^___^

it does look pretty cool and practical, ain't it?

took one with flash to show you the colour, 

it's sky blue sometimes, and grey another time,

depending on the light...

压轴咯！！！

I told myself, I'm gonna get myself a really nice bag again this year... 

cause really Boxing day is the only time when you can get bargain quality bags ^___^

Usually it would have been snatched way before I arrived at Selfridges

Was struggling to choose between the many bags that I love, 

but thought this one might work well for quite a long while for me ^__^

Striving into the new year 2009 with a new bag~~~

★Christmas Dinner 2008★

For the very first time in my life, 

I've had friends over for Christmas dinner cooked by me!!!

This is everything that me and Vera prepared!!! 

Vera did the salad and apple crumble (loved them!)

I made a daring first attempt to cook this whole chicken from scratch...

Usually I would buy a ready made chicken and pop it into the oven... 

It turned out surprisingly well! *proud*proud*

But, I've burnt myself quite badly though... sigh...

Some of my Christmas pressies that I've opened on Christmas night...

realise that everything is purple toned?

hmm...... lol

★Eve of X'Mas★

红的第一棵圣诞树

红色的球球，圣诞crackers， 巴黎买回来的蕾丝

终于树下有礼物了！

Took me so long to have finally done most of the christmas shopping 

'cause I've been either at work or in bed >___<

But I'm so happy to see all the presents under my first Christmas Tree

Christmas shopping 的时候买给自己的。。。超喜欢呢！

This Christmas, I wanted it to be peaceful and hassle-free 

Although I doubt that It'll be hassle-free, 

but at least I have them to spend it together with

I have so much in my mind these few days

都有难眠的现象了

好希望，B能快点没事

事情发生第二天，B才告诉我

本来满冷静地，消化了过后，我就吓哭了

心想，怎么会发生这种事情呢

真的心痛了，听了心疼，看了更心疼

真想立刻回去，

但，我人在的话，我应该当场就吓傻了吧

变得矛盾

我身在远处，也陆续被通知了

更了解，也更心疼，更气

气，是因为发生了这种事

气，是因为牵涉到我身边的人

气，是因为大家开始对我有所保留

气，是因为他们怕我担心

这事情，闹大了

不尽早有交代，就会不了了之。。。

It has been more than 2 weeks since my birthday, and it's my bad for not updating on it...

Didn't really do much... 

I've had my party on my birthday eve at Tribeca's bed... ended up too crowded cause Sing.Soc brought everyone from their D&D >___< 

I think I only know half of the room... but it was a good night, not that I had 100% memory of it... ^___^

At least I was sobering up when I arrived at V-Hall for the next session....mainly was shocked because of the scene of the long looooong Queue outside my friends' flat!!! seemed like the whole of tribeca ended up at V-Hall....somehow...

With my personal makeup artist and hair stylist ^___^ DORA~~~ she did my hair and makeup, and made me looked like a princess~~~ love you!!!

Went for VERY late lunch with Vera, Kok and Vera's friend Bernie at Try Thai...Then had dinner with Grace, Sally and Ricky at Franklyn & Benny's.... 

I have no idea how did I managed to fit all those food into my tiny tummy...*sweat*

These are all my lovely presents from my lovely friends.... for a record, I haven't had a soft toy for a while now... hmm... I guess I've passed the age to receive toys...

Oh! Have to mention my first present from my brother, it's a necklace!!! the one right beside the eyelashes~~~

Dear Petra made this yummy chocolate tarts for me.... ^___^
